• All items sold are NOT refundable.
• firstsandseconds held no responsibilities in damages and losses upon delivery of goods.
• We appreciate SERIOUS buyers only. Therefore back outs after confirmation of orders are not tolerated.
• We would really appreciate the courtesy of informing us if you do not wish to purchase the item anymore.
• All items are brand new and in perfect condition.

reservationpolicy

• No reservation allowed. 1st pay, 1st get basis.
• All items sold are band new.
• No back outs once order is confirmed. Serious buyers only.
• Prices are not negotiable.
• No more picture requests No clips/pins are used during fitting. What you see is what you get.
• Sorry, CODs are not available.
• No refunds/exchanges are allowed.

exchangepolicy

• Exchange can ONLY be done when the item received is defective/wrong colour or size than the ordered item.
• All exchanges should be done WITHIN 7 Working Days. Should it exceed the stated working days, no exchange will be accepted.
• Exchange items should be in mint condition, not washed or worn.
• Any exchange done for personal reasons, buyer will bear the costs of postage.

All items purchased from firstsandseconds are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the recipient. All items must be signed for once received.
